Our fleet consists of comparatively new, Royal Enfield 500CC motorcycles not older than 2 years, a powerful machine exclusively made for tough Terrains in the Himalayas. We provide locally Bhutan registered Motorcycles, to avoid and permit issues and have hassle-free riding experience. All our machines are maintained and serviced by our trained motorcycle mechanic and are well equipped to make your ride comfortable and memorable.

Support Vehicle

A Bolero Camper will always accompany the group that carries your luggage, quick medical equipment, all the Machine spare-parts and support staff, that includes a mechanic and spare rider. There will be enough space inside, in case if anyone needs to rest during the hectic ride or due to the altitude sickness.

Accommodation

Riding in the Himalayas at higher altitudes can be tiresome and at the end of the day, we understand one needs to have a comfortable stay with an authentic atmosphere. We have 3* and 4* accommodations planned where you will experience the warmth of nature and caring hospitality will comfort you beyond delight.

Medical Assistance

We carry all medical assistance to deal with basic health problems like altitude sickness or minor accidents. That includes Oxygen Cylinders, Oxymeters, first aid medical kit and also our trained and experienced tour managers are at your help throughout.

Support Crew

Group is run by 4 crew members:
Tour Manager cum Road Captain, who will lead the group throughout the journey and look for all your on-ground support with respect to the accommodations or any other assistance you may require during the ride. Machine Mechanic, who will fix your machine at any moment if there is a breakdown during the ride, to make your adventure unstoppable. Camper Driver, to help us with the luggage onboarding and off-loading at every destination. Certified English-Speaking Local Guide - He will not only take you around all the Bhutanese monuments, but also educate you with the history and key highlights of the location.

Motorcycle Tour Route Details

Day 1 - Arrival at Siliguri

On Arrival at Siliguri Airport (IXB) our representative will arrange a group transfer to hotel. Check in to Hotel. and after some leisure it’s time, we will all meet in the evening where your tour leader will give a full briefing about the, the ride, road conditions and the weather followed by introduction of all the group members from different areas. We`ll all then head out to an excellent restaurant for a welcome dinner.

Day 2 - Siliguri – Phuentsholing ( 160 Kms )

After early breakfast at the hotel we will board our private coach / car and head for the Phuentsholing. The journey to Phuentsholing is a comfortable 5-6 hour on good but narrow roads. Sit back and enjoy the views of tea gardens and dense forests till we reach The Land of Thunder Dragon, Phuentsholing city, Bhutan. Phuentsholing is the point of entry for travellers. First, we will complete the immigration formalities. After getting all the formalities completed, we will head to the hotel.

Day 3 - Phuentsholing – Thimpu ( 150 Kms )

The first day of riding on this Last Shangrila tour and Boy – is it a good one! We ride deeper into Bhutan, towards the capital city. The roads seem to have been designed by 3 years old on his artbook – curvy, zigzag and full of hilly blind turns. The Lush green surroundings make you feel good about your decision to gift yourself this vacation. The roads are as beautiful as nature; flawless and soothing to your soul.

Day 4 - Thimphu – Dochula - Gangtey ( 150Kms )

We head towards the beautiful to Gangtey valley known as Phobjikha Valley. It is going be the rider`s day of fun – hill roads, hairpin curves of Dochu La Pass, & fog to add another level of the fun. You will find many locations worthy of profile pic shot. Throughout your ride you will come across the beautiful sceneries of rural Bhutan, with scattered settlements far from the road. You have to raise your head to look at Gangtey Gompa as it sits at the top of the valley.

Day 5 - Gangtey - Punakha ( 80Kms )

After having the breakfast, we head towards the city of culture and festivity. The distance may sound short, but the fun of the curvy and bumpy roads continues to bliss you with the tropical vegetation & beautiful sceneries of rural Bhutan. You will also have fun looking at the ice-capped Himalayas & serene river flowing alongside the road. We let our bikes rest in the evening at Punakha. Given your energy, you may walk down to enjoy river rafting in male or female rivers.

Day 6 - Punakha – Paro ( 130 Kms )

Leaving Punakha, we continue the ride on curvy roads. Riding on the serpent would look very mildly difficult task once you witness the beauty. Be ready with paper for the check posts inline. You must follow the ride captain as the visibility falls below 5 meters on the hilly roads. The roads are ironic to the beauty of Paro, accompanied by rider, waterfalls and breath-taking view from hills.

Day 7 - Paro – Tiger Nest – Paro ( 50 Kms)

After enjoying sunrise of the river confluence, we are leaving for the Tiger`s Nest. You might want to save energy for 1700 ft hiking to the Monastery. Your listlessness of 2 hours hiking goes away entering the Monastery. Refill yourself with tasty lunch at Tiger`s Nest Café. Afterwards, we head back to Paro to enjoy the sunset at the river bank. I hope you still have the energy to visit remaining 154 temples of Paro.

Day 8 - Paro – Phuentsholing – Siliguri ( 310 Kms)

On this day, we ride rigorous. We ride on the familiar terrains; firstly, to Phuentsholing, the mile would prevail noticing the small things missed before; a small sip of tea, locals smiling and so on. You would be happy to enjoy the curves on your bike but certainly unhappy to dive away from this beautiful country. After leaving the motorcycles at Phuentsholing, We will drive in Coach / Car to Siliguri.

Day 9 - Siliguri – Hometown

Finally, after such a refreshing rided though so many dense forest, rich culture and the god gifted beautiful nature, it is time. Time to announce the closure of the trip. The trip may have come to an end; we will always be connected with the memories of the trip. Tashidelek. Log Jay Gay!
