Motorcycle Tour Route Details

Day 1 - Arrival at Leh

Leh Alt. - 11500 Ft

Say hello to adventure with a flight to Leh. Our representative /driver will pick you up from the Airport (in groups) and later take you to the hotel. After checking in, take the day to acclimatise - minimum movement, 3.5 ltr water, and complete rest. We will meet in the evening for an orientation followed by dinner. Overnight stay at the Leh city.

Day 2 - Exploring Leh and around

Leh Alt. – 11500 Ft

The day will start with bike allocation. Take a test drive and communicate issues to the team. We will visit Magnetic Hill, the Zanskar-Indus confluence and Gurudawara Patthar Sahib with our team. Post-lunch plans are flexible. Our team will guide you about places of your interest. Overnight stay at Leh.

Day 3 - Leh - Khardung La - Nubra valley

Leh Alt. – 11500 Ft Nubra Alt. - 10080 Ft

We will ride on the road above 18000 ft, maintained by Border Road Organisation. Steep turns, low oxygen & weather unpredictability rank the ride among the most challenging ride. We will make a photo stop at the top for a photo at the landmark board. We ride downhill towards Nubra Valley. We will make a stop at Diskit Monastery for prayers. Overnight stay at Nubra Valley campsite or guesthouse.

Day 4 - Nubra - Shyok Agham - Pangong Tso

Nubra Alt. - 10080 Ft Pangong Alt. - 15280 Ft

It is a day of making a way in mud & water crossings. The Shyok valley acts as a wind tunnel; a shaking biker and his ride by powerful winds. Sandstorms and rolling stones are very usual crossings. Few water crossings en route are so huge and challenging, nothing like you have seen before. Later, face hilly curves along the Shyok river. Overnight camp stays near the Pangong lake at Tangste or Spangmik.

Day 5 - Pangong Tso – Chang La – Leh

Pangong Alt. - 15280 Ft Leh Alt. – 11500 Ft

We will start on the narrow road along the Pangong lake coast. You encounter numerous water streams on the road before you reach the next big thing - Chang La Pass. En route to the mountain peak, you ride uphill on earthen and gravel roads to mighty Chang La (17,580 Ft). Catch the glimpse of Kang Yisay Peak of Hemis National Park. Overnight stay at Leh Hotel.
